Karina recently gave an exclusive interview to Fitness Magazine reporter Karla Walsh who asked Karina her secrets to staying energized and fit despite an amazingly hectic schedule. It certainly takes a lot of stamina to reach the semi-finals on Dancing with the Stars. This is the 2nd time Karina has reached the semi’s; she’s reached the quarter-finals 5 times. So how does she pull it off, rehearsing everyday for seven or eight hours and then rushing to her new dance studio to teach fitness classes? Diet plays a big part in her maintaining her energy level. Her biggest challenge actually is often how to relax and wind down. Karina finds yoga is a great way to do that.
