Karina was the special guest at the BEARPAW Summer Blast hosted by Sportie LA in Los Angeles on Sunday, August 14th. Karina met fans and signed autographs and showed off her new line of BEARPAW boots. All was for the benefit of the Boys & Girls Club of Hollywood. Karina attended the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 launch event hosted by Verizon August 2nd in Los Angeles.
The Galaxy Tab 10.1 is Samsung's first Android tablet with a 10.1 inch screen for Verizon's lightning fast 4G LTE network.

Los Angeles TV station KABC Channel 7 stopped by Karina's dance studio in Woodland Hills to see all that was happening.
Reporter Lori Corbin got to see Karina teaching classes and talked with her afterward. "It's a way to really enjoy yourself. Dancing gives you that happy endorphin; you work out and you feel like you're on cloud nine," Karina said.
Woodland Hills resident Doug Keenan said, "This is great stuff. You're dancing with women, how bad can it be?"
